Shipping policy

Dead On orders are packed and dispatched from Newtownards, County Down.

United Kingdom delivery

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

• Standard — £4.99: estimated 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is free when the order value is £50 or more.
• Express — £6.99: estimated 1–2 business days.

The available service, price and delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel has been handed to the carrier and are not guarantees, particularly during peak periods or disruption outside our control.

Delivery area

At present, checkout is configured for delivery to United Kingdom addresses. If your destination is not available at checkout, we cannot accept delivery to that address yet.

Dispatch and delays

When your order leaves us, Shopify will send a dispatch confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. If there is a significant delay or problem with your order, we will contact you using those details.

Missing or damaged parcels

If an order is late, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, email info@deadoncandleco.com with your order number. For damage, photographs of the parcel and product will help us put things right quickly.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after packing or dispatch has begun.
