Refund policy

We hope your order is dead on. If it is not, contact us and we will help.

Change-of-mind returns

For online orders, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

Email info@deadoncandleco.com before returning anything and include your order number. Returns should be sent to:

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If a candle has been lit, used or handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please use suitable protective packaging and obtain proof of posting.

Refunds

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that they have been sent back if that is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Where the full order is cancelled, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the difference is not refundable. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the money in your account.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@deadoncandleco.com with your order number and, where possible, clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund and cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Cancelling before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. If it has not entered packing or dispatch, we will do our best to help. If it has already left us, the standard returns process applies.
